Our cuisine is characterized by the high quality of the raw materials used. When available, according to the season, the chef uses zero kilometre, organic products and extra virgin oil from our olive grove.
Among the flagships of our cuisine we must certainly mention the fresh homemade pasta,the freshest meats and fish, the desserts our production and a rich list of local wines and grappas.
Our kitchen places the utmost care and attention in preparing dishes dedicated to our guests with food allergies and intolerances.

To guarantee safety without taking anything away from the goodness, we have in fact added the service of home delivery and takeaway food, to be ordered and collected directly here at the Locanda.
